At AMS Doors, Timber & Hardware, we stand by the quality of our building materials and offer a 30-day return policy for unused, standard-sized items in their original condition. Please note that custom-cut timber and specially ordered door hardware may be subject to restocking fees or return exclusions.

Ensure your items are in original packaging and have not been installed, cut, or modified in any way.
Contact Support
Email our service team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your timber or hardware to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RGA number on the exterior of the package.
Ship or Drop-off
Return the goods to our main warehouse via your preferred courier or bring them directly to our trade desk for immediate inspection.
