Do you offer delivery for oversized timber products?
Yes, we provide specialized flatbed delivery for oversized timber and doors across our standard service areas. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your specific location.
Can I return a door if it has already been trimmed or painted?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been modified, including trimming, hanging, painting, or staining. We recommend inspecting all products thoroughly for defects prior to any installation or treatment.
Are your timber products sustainably sourced?
